Galerie au Chocolat

The Brief
Galerie au Chocolat is a Montreal-based chocolatier with a loyal following and a product line rooted in craft and seasonality. When they came to us, their social media presence needed a refresh that matched the quality of what they were making. Our mandate covered Instagram and Facebook end-to-end: strategy, content creation, and day-to-day management over the course of more than a year.

The Work

We built a consistent publishing cadence from the start, anchored around Galerie au Chocolat’s seasonal calendar with dedicated campaigns for key moments throughout the year. All photography and videography was handled in-house, and every post, caption, and story was managed by our team from concept through to publishing.

Midway through the mandate, we took the brand a step further with a full visual rebrand, introducing new colours, updated typography, and a refined content aesthetic that felt premium without losing warmth. The impact was immediate and visible in the numbers.

The Result
Over the course of the social media mandate with Galerie au Chocolat, the account saw meaningful growth across every metric that matters. Monthly impressions climbed from under 8,000 to a peak of over 24,000. Accounts reached grew significantly, with February alone reaching over 15,000, nearly ten times the volume recorded at the start of the mandate. Profile visits rose, and website clicks increased sharply in the back half of the contract.

The clearest indicator of the work’s impact was engagement depth. Content interactions and profile visits both trended upward as the visual identity took hold, reflecting an audience that was not just growing, but paying closer attention.
