Nestled in the vibrant heart of Saint-Henri, the Eugène real estate project sits next to the iconic Atwater Market, a true staple of Montreal’s landscape. Located across from the Lachine Canal, Eugène enjoys a dynamic lifestyle, blending aquatic activities with cycling paths that stretch for miles. Another addition to the ever-growing condos that make up the majority of real estate in the South-West.
As South-Westerners ourselves, we understand the nuances of the real estate market of the area and the targeted buyer persona. For this project, we created a thorough landing page embodying the Eugene branding, as well as being seo-optimizied for Montreal real-estate.
