The Brief
Dayan Group is a Montreal-based commercial real estate firm with deep roots in Chabanel, the city’s historic fashion district. They came to us with a clear problem: their existing website no longer reflected the quality of their portfolio or the professionalism of their team. It was difficult to navigate, visually dated, and invisible to search engines at a time when commercial tenants and buyers in Montreal were increasingly searching online first.

The challenge was compounded by limited brand assets. Beyond a logo, there was little to work with in terms of visual identity or photography. We needed to build something credible, on-brand, and search-ready from the ground up.

The Work
We designed and developed a new website on WordPress using Elementor, giving the Dayan Group team a platform that is easy to manage without technical knowledge. Working within tight asset constraints, we built a visual language around their logo and the character of Chabanel itself, creating a clean, professional aesthetic that speaks to commercial real estate tenants and investors in Montreal.

Every page was built with on-page SEO in mind. We structured content around the search terms Montreal commercial real estate buyers and tenants actually use, optimized metadata, and ensured the site architecture made it easy for Google to crawl and index.
